PAN Amsterdam, the national fair for art, antiques and design, holds its 39th edition from Sunday 1 to Sunday 8 November 2026 in RAI Amsterdam, the venue that has hosted the fair since 1987.
An earlier slot in the calendar
The 2026 dates are a notable shift. The fair traditionally ran in late November: the 2025 edition took place from 23 November to 1 December. The move to the first week of November means older third-party listings may still show the wrong slot, and it puts the fair’s final weekend on 7 and 8 November alongside Museumnacht Amsterdam, which falls on Saturday 7 November.
RAI Amsterdam has now published its own calendar entry for the fair, and it heads the listing 31 October to 8 November 2026. That earlier date is not a public day. The organiser lists Saturday 31 October as a private opening for invited guests only, so the public run is Sunday 1 to Sunday 8 November. Organiser and venue agree on the closing date.
What to expect
PAN spans Old Masters to contemporary art and design. The 38th edition, in November 2025, brought together 125 participating art dealers and galleries and drew 46,000 visitors, with the organisation reporting strong results across all segments. The exhibitor list and programme for 2026 had not been published at the time of writing.
Practical information
The fair fills Hall 8 of RAI Amsterdam, reached through Entrance F on Europaplein, 1078 GZ Amsterdam. The organiser lists opening hours of 11:00 to 18:00 on most days. Two days differ: on Tuesday 3 November the fair stays open until 20:00, with a Business Evening from 16:00, and on Thursday 5 November it closes at 17:00, followed by an Art Evening the organiser lists as invitation only. RAI Amsterdam’s calendar entry gives slightly different evening details, so check pan.nl for the schedule that applies on the day you plan to visit.
Tickets are EUR 27.50 online plus a EUR 1.50 booking fee, or EUR 30 at the door, according to the organiser’s visit page. Guided tours are listed separately at EUR 12.50 for an open tour and EUR 220 for a group tour.
