Writers Unlimited, the International Literature Festival The Hague, holds its 32nd edition from Thursday 21 to Sunday 24 January 2027. The organiser promises the work of around a hundred writers, poets, performers, thinkers and emerging talents from all over the world.
Check the language of each session
Listings on the festival’s English site carry a language label, and some of the first events are marked as Dutch. If you do not follow Dutch, check that label before you book.
Early listings
The first programme items include a premiere at Amare Studio on Sunday 24 January and two workshops at the Literatuurmuseum on Monday 25 January, the day after the main festival dates. Use the festival agenda to follow new additions and venues.
